J & R Dance has been a respected leader in the dance community in the Capital Region of NY since 2020. J & R Dance is dedicated to working with high-level instructors and and professional dancers - check out our Instructors page to learn more about the amazing dancers we are currently working with! We are also committed to donating and helping with charitable organizations both in our local community and around the world. We are always working to bring Joy and love through dancing- we want to bring the beauty of dancing to Albany!
